As the city filed it

As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on East Liberty Street, City Council approval of this report is required. Transportation Services is requesting approval to prohibit standing at all times on certain sections of the north side of East Liberty Street, between Pirandello Street and the north-south leg of Western Battery Road. This is in response to complaints about vehicles blocking the fire route access and underground parking access for Liberty Village Town Homes (TSCC 1660, 1673, 1705, 1746) on the north side of East Liberty Street.
