As the city filed it

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City Policy or by-laws. Transportation Services is requesting approval to prohibit stopping at all times on the east side of Rushton Road, between St. Clair Avenue West and Dr. Howard Lowrie Lane. This is in response to concerns received from Councillor Josh Matlow's office regarding parked vehicles causing potential sight line issues between vehicles travelling north on Rushton Road and vehicles travelling west on Dr.
