I recently met at Rawlinson Community School with teachers and parents regarding ongoing traffic and pedestrian safety concerns, particularly during school drop-off and pick-up times. Representatives from the Toronto District School Board, Parent Council and City's Traffic Operations Division were also present. A series of safety improvement measures were discussed, one of which was the installation of an all-way stop control at the intersection of Glenholme Avenue and Millerson Avenue.

The impact of installing this all-way stop control will be immediate and will require motorists to stop at the intersection. In addition, this all-way stop control will provide a safer east-west crossing point for pedestrians.
