The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Prohibited parking on the east side of Gladstone Avenue between College Street and a point 15 metres north. 2. Prohibited parking on the west side of Gladstone Avenue between College Street and a point 15 metres south. 3. Prohibited parking on the west side of Havelock Street between College Street and a point 15 metres north. 4. Prohibited parking on the east side of Rusholme Park Crescent between College Street and a point 15 metres south.

5. Prohibited parking on the west side of Rusholme Park Crescent between College Street and a point 35 metres south. 6. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition on the west side of Gladstone Avenue, between College Street and the first lane south, in effect from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. 7. Amended the existing maximum one hour parking regulation on the west side of Gladstone Avenue, between College Street and a point 94.2 metres south, in effect from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, to be in effect between a point 15 metres south of College Street and a point 79.2 metres further south. 8. In July 2018, traffic control signals were approved for the intersections of College Street, at Gladstone Avenue and College Street, at Havelock Street and Rusholme Park Crescent. When these traffic control signals were approved, parking was also removed to a point of 30.5 metres on the approaches of these intersections.
