The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo: 1. Approved the confidential recommendations in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (June 12, 2019) from the Chief Executive Officer. 2. Directed that details of the approval be released at an appropriate time at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer.

This report discusses the status of the Zoo Tripartite Agreement and the dialogue with Parks Canada regarding development of a Welcome Centre for the Rouge National Urban Park. A Welcome Centre as part of a Conservation Precinct in the vicinity of the Zoo is a shared vision and this report discusses the dialogue between Zoo staff and Parks Canada.
