Requested the City Manager and the City Clerk to accelerate the appointment of new members to fill the vacancies on the Board of Directors of TO Live. 3. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the letter from the Chair (July 8, 2020) remain confidential in their entirety as they pertain to negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the Board of Directors of TO Live.

Directed the information contained in the Confidential Attachment to the letter from the Chair (September 21, 2020) remain confidential at this time, as it relates to a position, plan, procedure, criteria, or instruction to be applied to negotiations, and that the information be made public at the discretion of the Chair of the Board in consultation with the City Solicitor, following the conclusion of any related negotiations and litigation.
