Facilitators for the Board of Directors of TO Live
The Chair, Board of Directors of TO Live has submitted the following item for the agenda of the TO Live Board Special Meeting of July 10, 2020: Facilitators for the Board of Directors of TO Live.
The Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Adopted the recommendations from the City Manager contained in the confidential attachment to the letter (September 21, 2020) from the Chair. 2. Requested the City Manager and the City Clerk to accelerate the appointment of new members to fill the vacancies on the Board of Directors of TO Live. 3. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the letter from the Chair (July 8, 2020) remain confidential in their entirety as they pertain to negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the Board of Directors of TO Live. 4. Directed the information contained in the Confidential Attachment to the letter from the Chair (September 21, 2020) remain confidential at this time, as it relates to a position, plan, procedure, criteria, or instruction to be applied to negotiations, and that the information be made public at the discretion of the Chair of the Board in consultation with the City Solicitor, following the conclusion of any related negotiations and litigation.

The Chair, Board of Directors of TO Live recommends for consideration that: 1. The Board of Directors of TO Live retain the facilitators named in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to this letter. 2. The Board of Directors of TO Live direct that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in their entirety as they pertain to negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the Board of Directors of TO Live.
