In accordance with Section 45(2) of the Procedures By-law of the Board of Directors, TO Live, this letter serves as notice that as your Chair I have requested that the Board consider technical amendments and stylistic changes to the Procedures By-law at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of TO Live so that the By-law can be re-enacted to reflect recent changes in legislation and organization structures. The technical amendments to be considered are: 1.

Updating titles of some City Officials to reflect changes made by City Council. 3. Updating the reasons for closing a meeting to the public in accordance with the City of Toronto Act, 2006.
