This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. The purpose of this report is to prohibit stopping at all times on the west side of Avon Avenue, between Avon Crescent and Humber Boulevard (south branch). The proposed prohibition will reduce parking related congestion and provide a safer environment for all road users in the vicinity of Santa Maria Catholic School.

Staff recommended

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council rescind the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times, on the west side of Avon Avenue, between Avon Crescent and Humber Boulevard (south branch). 2. Etobicoke York Community Council prohibit stopping at all times, on the west side of Avon Avenue, between Avon Crescent and Humber Boulevard (south branch).
