This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. This report summarizes the result of the traffic calming poll for owners and occupants of Arrowsmith Avenue, between Keele Street and Amesbury Drive. Polling ballots were mailed to the affected residents on November 12, 2019 and 46% of the residents on Arrowsmith Avenue responded. As a result, the minimum response rate of 50% plus 1 votes needed to proceed with the installation was not achieved.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council NOT authorize the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Arrowsmith Avenue, between Keele Street and Amesbury Drive.
