This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. The purpose of this report is to amend portions of the existing No Parking Anytime regulation on the east side of Wellesworth Drive along Eringate Park, to be in effect between 11:00 p.m. of one day to 8:00 a.m. of the next following day. The proposed amendments will allow on-street parking along sections of the park, for a maximum period of three-hours, between 8:00 a.m.

and 11:00 p.m., to address the lack of parking for park users. This amendment is to address concerns with respect to residents who reside on adjacent streets that park users are infiltrating into the neighbouring streets due to the lack of parking in the immediate area of the park.

Etobicoke York Community Council rescind the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the east side of Wellesworth Drive, between a point 85 metres north of Eringate Drive and a point 60 metres further north, and between a point 355 metres north of Eringate Drive and a point 72 metres further north. 2. Etobicoke York Community Council prohibit parking from 11:00 p.m.
