City Council on June 29 and 30, 2020, adopted the following: 1. City Council authorize the installation of a pedestrian crossover on Oakdale Road, at a point approximately 500 metres south of Finch Avenue West.

As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates bus service on Oakdale Road, City Council approval of this report is required. TTC staff have been advised of this matter. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of a pedestrian crossover (PXO) on Oakdale Road, at a point approximately 500 metres south of Finch Ave West. The installation of a PXO is technically justified and will enhance pedestrian safety for students of Westview Centennial Secondary School.
