This report seeks authority to enter into a new sublease agreement with Bridlewood Mall Management Inc., as sub-landlord, for approximately 37,000 square feet of space at 2900 Warden Avenue, Suite 225, Scarborough (the "Leased Premises"), for use by Toronto Employment and Social Services. The rentable area of the Leased Premises is subject to the sub-landlord's right to re-measure the Leased Premises, provided that any increase in square footage shall not exceed five percent (5 percent) for the purposes of calculating rent.
