Metrolinx Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit - Time Extension of Long-term Road Closures

3. City Council approve the continuation of the temporary closure of Yarrow Road, between Eglinton Avenue West and a point 30 metres south of Eglinton Avenue West, from July 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. 4. City Council approve the continuation of two-way traffic operation on Dynevor Road, between Eglinton Avenue West and the first east-west public lane south of Eglinton Avenue West, east of Dynevor Road to September 30, 2021. 5. City Council approve the continuation of two-way traffic operation on Northcliffe Boulevard, between Eglinton Avenue West and Vaughan Road to September 30, 2021. 6. City Council approve the continuation of the temporary closure of the portion of Peveril Hill North, between Eglinton Avenue West and the public laneway to the east, from July 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. 7. City Council approve the continuation of two-way traffic operation on Gilgorm Road, between Eglinton Avenue West and New Haven Drive to September 30, 2021. 8. City Council approve the continuation of the temporary closure of Cowbell Lane, between Eglinton Avenue East and a point 100 metres south thereof, from July 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. 9. City Council approve the continuation of the temporary closure of the eastbound lanes on Eglinton Avenue, between Duplex Avenue to Holly Street, from July 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. 10. City Council approve the continuation of the temporary closure of the westbound lanes on Eglinton Avenue, between Dunfield Avenue and Cowbell Lane, from July 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. 11. City Council approve the continuation of the temporary closure of the eastbound curb lane on Eglinton Avenue East, between Laird Drive and a point approximately 60 metres west of Don Avon Drive, from July 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. 12. City Council approve the continuation of the temporary closure of one eastbound and two westbound traffic lanes on Eglinton Avenue East, between Leslie Street and Don Mills Road, from July 1, 2020 to December 30, 2020. 13. City Council approve the continuation of the temporary closure of the south sidewalk on Eglinton Avenue East, between Brentcliffe Road and Don Mills Road, from July 1, 2020 to December 30, 2020. 14. City Council direct the City Manager to request the Province of Ontario and Metrolinx/Crosslinx to do the following before any future extensions or approvals are granted to Metrolinx/Crosslinx for road closures for the construction of the Eglinton Crosstown Project, with the exception of those that are delegated to the General Manager, Transportation Services: a. respond to the requests made by City Council at its meeting on February 26, 2020 regarding the delay of the Eglinton Crosstown Project, requesting a report on the feasibility of phasing in the opening of the Eglinton Crosstown by separating out the portion of the Eglinton Crosstown from Mount Dennis Station to the Cedervale Station (Eglinton West), so that at minimum one section of the Eglinton Crosstown line is operational at an earlier date than sometime "well into 2022"; b. conduct an immediate construction equipment clean-up to remove as much as possible of the heavy equipment trailers from public sidewalks and road allowances, so that small businesses will no longer have their storefronts blocked and obstructed; and c. disclose the latest completion date estimates of the Eglinton Crosstown Project.
