City Council direct the Chief Engineer and Executive Director, Engineering and Construction Services, in consultation with the General Manager, Transportation Services, to give consideration to the environmental sensitivity of the York Mills Valley and unique character of the neighbourhood when designing and executing bridge reconstruction projects planned or underway in the area, including the Plymbridge Road Bridge and the Mill Street Bridge.
