On the agenda
As the city filed it
Earlier in the pandemic, there was a world-wide movement to bang pots and pans in the evening to show support for front line workers. A similar campaign has been launched for Christmas Eve. Many Torontonians will be joining this a world-wide bell-ringing event at 6:00 p.m. on December 24, 2020 to bring some community joy to the holiday season. Torontonians have been asked to only celebrate the holidays with people in their household so that the current surge in COVID-19 cases in Toronto does not get worse.
