Directed staff to coordinate the review of this application with the Council-directed Midtown Zoning Review which will result in an area-specific Zoning By-law for the block formed by: Mount Pleasant Road to the east, Broadway Avenue to the south, Redpath Avenue to the west and Erskine Avenue to the north or for the Character Area as a whole. 2. Directed staff to schedule a community consultation meeting for the application located at 241 Redpath Avenue together with the Ward Councillor.
