As the city filed it

This application proposes to lift the Holding (H) symbol for the lands municipally known as 57, 59 and 60 Mobile Drive and 30 Old Eglinton Avenue. This amendment would allow for the development of a 3-storey office building. The Zoning By-law contains a Holding (H) symbol which limits office uses on the lands to the lesser of a floor space index of 0.5 times the lot area or a total gross floor area of 5,000 square metres.
