On the agenda
As the city filed it
Dear Chair and Members, At its meeting on December 3rd, 2019, North York Community Council refused an application for a fence exemption at 2691 Bayview Avenue. However, the homeowner's representative did not have the opportunity to speak before Community Council due to confusion over the meeting location. In my medical absence, the Chair re-opened this item at my request on November 4, 2020 so that the homeowner's representative would have the opportunity to speak before Community Council.

The request was refused again. I have since had the chance to personally speak with the homeowner and am requesting for this item to be re-opened once more so that the homeowner can address Community Council directly. This motion requests the aforementioned agenda item to be reopened, notice be given, and reconsidered at the next North York Community Council meeting on January 13, 2021.
