The Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority: 1. Reviewed and endorsed Toronto Parking Authority Policy Resolutions as follows: a. Policy Resolution 4-19 - Occupational Health and Safety Policy, attached as Appendix A; and b. Policy Resolution 4-22 - Workplace Harassment and Violence Policy, attached as Appendix B; and directed staff to enact these Policy Resolutions, as approved.

Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) has established a range of Board-enacted Policies which form the guiding principles and procedures by which it operates. The Occupational Health and Safety Act requires that two policies relating to the Act be reviewed on an annual basis. These policies were most recently reviewed and affirmed by the Board at its meeting of February 28, 2019. This report confirms that TPA's Joint Health

Policy Resolution 4-22 - Workplace Harassment and Violence Policy, attached as Appendix B; and direct staff to enact these Policy Resolutions, as approved.
