This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision. This report recommends rescinding the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the north side of Sherry Road, between Manville Road and Sinnott Road. This was requested by Councillor Gary Crawford, on behalf of the surrounding automotive garages in order to allow their customers some temporary parking in front of their establishments.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services, recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council rescind the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the north side of Sherry Road, between Manville Road and Sinnott Road.
