This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the Zoning By-law Amendment and Rental Housing Demolition applications to demolish two 3-storey mixed-use buildings at 1801 and 1807 Eglinton Avenue West, which together contain 47 rental dwelling units, and to redevelop the lands with a 30-storey mixed-use building comprised of 284 dwelling units, of which 237 would be condominium units and 47 would be replacement rental units.

Staff are currently reviewing the applications, which have been circulated to all appropriate agencies and City divisions for comment. Staff will proceed to schedule a community consultation meeting on the applications with the Ward Councillor.
