At its meeting on September 16, 2020, Toronto and East York Community Council adopted Item TE18.70, entitled "Traffic Calming (Speed Humps) - Spruce Street". Transportation Services staff reviewed the need for the installation of additional speed humps on Spruce Street, between Parliament Street and Sackville Street, to address residents' concerns regarding vehicle speeds. Their assessment indicated it is feasible to install two additional speed humps on this section of Spruce Street, and recommended their installation.
