On the agenda

As the city filed it

Construction staging on the north-south portion of Western Battery Rd is removed and residents have taken occupancy at 19 Western Battery Rd, resulting in traffic flow issues on the north-south portion of the street just north of East Liberty St. The current bylaws are the ones that were in place during construction which replaced the Permit Parking and Pay and Display on the east side and No Parking Anytime on the west side.

The construction bylaws are going to be reverted back to pre-construction status. Due to the current traffic flow issues, Traffic Operations is recommending that the no parking anytime regulation on the west side of the street be bumped up to No Standing Anytime.
