The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo: 1. Adopted the 2021 calendar of meeting dates for the Board and its Committees, as set out in the revised report (December 1, 2020) from the Chief Executive Officer, Toronto Zoo. 2. Dissolved the Strategic Planning Committee and established a Master Planning Committee, with committee members to be appointed on a volunteer basis and meetings to be scheduled at the call of the Chief Executive Officer.

The purpose of this report is to propose meeting schedules for the Toronto Zoo Board of Management and its Committees for 2021.

Staff recommended

It is recommended that: 1. The Toronto Zoo Board of Management consider and adopt a 2021 calendar of meeting dates for the Board and its Committees. 2. The Strategic Planning Committee be dissolved and a Master Planning Committee be struck with committee members being appointed on a volunteer basis and meetings being scheduled at the call of the Chief Executive Officer.
