The Board of Governors of Exhibition Place: 1. Authorized the Chief Executive Officer, Exhibition Place to enter and execute on behalf of Exhibition Place, an extension to the Parking Equipment Services Agreement with Toronto Parking Authority to March 31, 2023 with respect to the grounds eight (8) car parks generally in accordance with the terms and conditions as previously agreed to or amended terms and conditions as may be acceptable to the Chief Executive Officer, Exhibition Place.

This report is to seek the Board authority to extend the Parking Services Agreement with Toronto Parking Authority ("TPA") for an additional term additional term of one (1) year, six (6) months and sixteen (16) days to end on March 31, 2023. This agreement is for TPA to maintain, repair, and operate Exhibition Place sixteen (16) Pay and Display parking equipment at eight (8) car parks, and also to provide, operate, and maintain the TPA Mobile Payment Program for the grounds parking areas.

The proposed extension with TPA will be in accordance with the same commercial terms and conditions of the existing Agreement. The agreement extension is also subject to TPA Board's approval at their next Board meeting. Exhibition Place has two (2) parking services agreements with TPA as shown below, staff seek the Board authority to extend only the first agreement so that the two agreements will become co-terminus: # Nature of Agreement Start Date End Date 1 Parking Services Agreement: Maintain, repair, and operate Exhibition Place sixteen (16) Pay and Display parking equipment at eight (8) car parks and provide, and operate, and maintain the Mobile Payment Program for grounds parking areas, including the provision of revenue collections. 09/15/2016 09/14/2021 2 Parking Consultancy and Support Services Agreement: Provide consultancy, purchasing, installation and support services relating to (1) parking technology at the Enercare Centre parking garage, and (2) refurbishment of sixteen (16) grounds parking booths in the 8 car parks, including the provision of revenue collections. 04/01/2018 03/31/2023
