The Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council authorize parking by permit only on a street name basis from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the odd (east) side of Rectory Road, between Coulter Avenue and Windal Avenue.
