The Etobicoke York Community Council: 1. Directed staff schedule a community consultation meeting for the application located at 337-349 Queen's Drive together with the Ward Councillor. 2. Directed that notice for the community consultation meeting be given to landowners and residents within 120 metres of the application site, and to additional residents, institutions and owners to be determined in consultation with the Ward Councillor, with any additional mailing costs to be borne by the applicant.

This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the Zoning By-law Amendment application submitted for 337-349 Queen's Drive. This application seeks to amend the former City of North York Zoning By-law 7625 and City-wide Zoning By-law 569-2013 to permit a residential development comprised of 20 townhouse and 8 semi-detached dwelling units. The proposed townhouse and semi-detached dwelling units would each contain an integral garage and be situated within three blocks.

Vehicular access to the development would be provided via a private road off of Queen's Drive. Staff are currently reviewing the application. It has been circulated to all appropriate agencies and City divisions for comment. Staff will proceed to schedule a community consultation meeting for the application with the Ward Councillor.

Notice for the community consultation meeting be given to landowners and residents within 120 metres of the application site, and to additional residents, institutions and owners to be determined in consultation with the Ward Councillor, with any additional mailing costs to be borne by the applicant.
