The Etobicoke York Community Council: 1. Directed staff schedule a community consultation meeting for the application located at 3471 Lake Shore Boulevard West together with the Ward Councillor. 2. Directed that notice for the community consultation meeting be given to landowners and residents within 120 metres of the application site, and to additional residents, institutions and owners to be determined in consultation with the Ward Councillor, with any additional mailing costs to be borne by the applicant.

This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the application located at 3471 Lake Shore Boulevard West to amend the former City of Etobicoke Zoning Code By-law 2215, as amended by By-law 1055-2004 and City-wide Zoning By-law 569-2013 to accommodate a new 6-storey mixed-use building containing 19 apartment residential units and 193.8 m2 of retail/commercial space. The existing commercial building on site is proposed to be removed to accommodate the new development proposal.
