As the city filed it

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending an amendment to the parking prohibition on the south side of Nymark Avenue to allow parking for the statutory, unsigned three-hour limit in front of Lescon Park. This will provide approximately 16 convenient parking spaces for park visitors and have a negligible effect on traffic flow on Nymark Avenue.

During the review of this matter it was revealed that part of the parking prohibition on the south side of Nymark Avenue is signed without a supporting regulation. The recommendation in this report will correct this inconsistency.
