As the city filed it
This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the applications located at 6 Foxdale Court. The proposal is to demolish the existing dwelling and create five new residential lots for the construction of five new two-storey detached dwellings with integral garages that would front on a new public street. In addition to the residential lots, one block would be created at the rear of the proposed residential lots, which is proposed to be transferred to the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA).
