This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that the existing permitted parking for a maximum period of three hours on both sides of Falaise Road, between Kingston Road and Rodda Boulevard, be changed to prohibit parking from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on both sides. The proposed amendment will deter parking at this location and will improve vehicle movements by maintaining a clear passage for vehicles.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council prohibit parking from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on both sides of Falaise Road, between Kingston Road and Rodda Boulevard.
