This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that standing be prohibited on one side of Eastville Avenue which is negatively impacted by the overwhelming number of people visiting Bluffers Park and parking on both sides of the road for extended periods during seasonal weekends and public holidays.
