This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. The purpose of this report is to respond to Toronto and East York Community Council's direction to review and report back on the realignment of Permit Parking Area 2 to exclude the development located at 181 Sterling Road. Staff have determined the realignment of the Permit Parking Area 2 is feasible and has no objections to excluding the development located at 181 Sterling Road.
