City Council amend Schedule B of the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of Permit Parking Area "5D", as shown in Attachment 1 of the report (August 23, 2021) from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services.

As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on Dupont Street, City Council approval of this report is required. The purpose of this report is to respond to Toronto and East York Community Council's direction to review and report back on the realignment of Permit Parking Area 5D to exclude the development located at 374-388 Dupont Street. Staff have determined the realignment of the Permit Parking Area 5D is feasible and has no objections to excluding the development located at 374-388 Dupont Street.
