Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 25, 2022) from the City Clerk remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Compliance Audit Committee.

The Nominating Panel - Compliance Audit Committee will conduct the interviews at its next meeting and make recommendations to City Council for appointment to the Compliance Audit Committee.
