  Election of the Chair of the Nominating Panel - Compliance Audit Committee under Municipal Code Chapter 27, Council Procedures, Appendix A2, for a term of office until a successor is appointed.

  The Nominating Panel - Compliance Audit Committee: 1. Elected Anna Kinastowski as Chair of the Nominating Panel - Compliance Audit Committee for a term of office until a successor is appointed.

  Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Compliance Audit Committee

  The Nominating Panel - Compliance Audit Committee will select candidates to interview for appointment to the Compliance Audit Committee for the 2022-2026 term of Council. The Nominating Panel - Compliance Audit Committee will conduct the interviews at its next meeting and make recommendations to City Council for appointment to the Compliance Audit Committee.

  The Nominating Panel - Compliance Audit Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the Compliance Audit Committee: CAC 3-49 CAC 3-43 CAC 3-30 CAC 3-64 CAC 3-58 CAC 3-59 CAC 3-48 CAC 3-27 CAC 3-25 2. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 25, 2022) from the City Clerk remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Compliance Audit Committee.

  Staff recommendation as filed

  The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Compliance Audit Committee select ten of the candidates listed in Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Compliance Audit Committee. 2. The Nominating Panel - Compliance Audit Committee direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Compliance Audit Committee.
