This application proposes to create a new public street, four open space blocks along the East Don River, and two development blocks. The Draft Plan of Subdivision application will implement Official Plan and Rezoning applications (11 331945 NNY 24 OZ) that were approved at the Ontario Municipal Board in 2013. The proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision application is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement (2020), in conformity with the Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe (2020) and has regard for the criteria set out in Section 51(24) of the Planning Act with regards to the subdivision of lands.
