Substantial revisions are required to the proposed development to address a number of matters raised in this report, including but not limited to suitability of the site size to accommodate the proposed building, and setbacks and separation distances consistent with the Tall Building Guidelines. Further, the proposed tower development will occur in the Neighbourhood designation which does not align with the City of Toronto Official Plan. Appropriate rationale is required to address the suitability of the proposed development in the Neighbourhoods designation. A community consultation meeting was held for this application on March 3, 2022.
