This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that stopping be prohibited at all times on the south side of Glen Park Avenue, between a point 39 metres west of Bathurst Street and a point 31 metres further west. On-street parking in this area, in combination with the road grade, limits visibility when exiting the driveway to the midrise condominium at 1 Glen Park Avenue.

The proposed prohibition will address this issue. This will result in the loss of two parking spaces. During the course of the investigation, it was noted that there is a discrepancy between posted signs and the existing parking regulations. Recommendation 2 will correct this inconsistency.
