This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that overnight on-street permit parking be introduced on Brilliant Court, between Sandhurst Circle and the end of Brilliant Court from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., daily. Residents requested the implementation of overnight on-street permit parking on Brilliant Court to accommodate their long-term parking needs.

The Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services recommends that Scarborough Community Council: 1. Authorize parking by permit only on a street name basis, from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the even side of Brilliant Court, between Sandhurst Circle and a point 118 metres further east. 2. Authorize no parking on the odd side of Brilliant Court, between Sandhurst Circle and a point 118 metres further east.
