This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services recommends stop control for the minor street at the uncontrolled "T" type intersections of Independence Drive at Kim Court, and Kim Court at Safari Street in order to clearly define the right-of-way and to regulate traffic flow.

The Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that Scarborough Community Council: 1. Authorize a compulsory stop control for westbound traffic on Independence Drive at Kim Court. 2. Authorize a compulsory stop control for southbound traffic on Kim Court at Safari Street.
