This application proposes to construct two 13-storey and one 12-storey mixed use buildings at 373 Front Street East and 90 Mill Street. The local Councillor directed City Planning staff to report to City Council, through Toronto and East York Community Council, as per the provisions in By-law No. 483-2000 for Site Plan Control applications. This report reviews and recommends approval, in principle, of the Site Plan Control application for 373 Front Street East and 90 Mill Street.

Staff recommended

The City Planning Division recommends that: 1. City Council approve, in principle, the conditions set out in Attachment 7 to the report dated December 10, 2021 from the Director, Community Planning, Toronto and East York District, for the proposed two 13-storey and one 12-storey mixed use buildings at 373 Front Street East and 90 Mill Street. 2. City Council delegate back to the Chief Planner or his designate the authority to issue final Site Plan Approval.
