Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries. The purpose of this report is to make changes to the CityPlace and Fort York, Dupont by the Castle, Liberty Village, Little Portugal on Dundas, and Queen Street West BIA Boards of Management.
