This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. The purpose of this report is to respond to a request from Toronto and East York Community Council to review the proposed Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) policy resolution regarding the overnight use of TPA off-street parking lots in residential areas by residents with a valid on-street parking permit.
