The purpose of this report is to recommend an amendment to the procedural by-law of the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo to reflect the renaming of the Animal Acquisition Committee as the Animal Committee by the Board of Management on December 9, 2021.

Staff recommended

The Chief Executive Officer recommends that: 1. The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo amend By-law 1-2012 to change the name of the Animal Acquisition Committee to the Animal Committee where it appears.
