The Civic Appointments Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates to interview for appointment to the Yonge-Dundas Square Board. YDS2-96 YDS2-106 YDS2-115 YDS2-116 YDS2-120 YDS2-122 YDS2-124 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Yonge-Dundas Square Board.

The Civic Appointments Committee will select candidates to be interviewed for appointment to the Yonge-Dundas Square Board. The Civic Appointments Committee will conduct interviews at its next meeting and recommend three public members and three representatives to City Council for appointment.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Civic Appointments Committee select six of the candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 to be interviewed at its next meeting for appointment to the Yonge-Dundas Square Board. 2. The Civic Appointments Committee direct that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Yonge-Dundas Square Board.
