Appointment of Public Members to the Heritage Toronto Board of Directors
This report recommends the appointment of four public members to the Heritage Toronto Board of Directors.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Heritage Toronto Board of Directors, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on December 15, 2027, and until successors are appointed: James Lane Melissa Nugegoda Harmeet Singh Sandhu Hana Syed 2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 and the entirety of Confidential Attachment 2 remain confidential as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Heritage Toronto Board of Directors.

The Civic Appointments Committee will conduct interviews and recommend four candidates to City Council for appointment to the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority Board.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on December 15, 2027, and until successors are appointed: Laura Isidean Joseph Ogilvie Barry Warner Carissa Wong 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1, 2, 3, and 4 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority.

The Civic Appointments Committee will select candidates to be interviewed for appointment to the Toronto Parking Authority Board. The Civic Appointments Committee will conduct interviews at its next meeting and recommend three public members to City Council for appointment.
