The Civic Appointments Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Zoo Board: TZB2-99 TZB2-117 TZB2-126 TZB2-138 TZB2-151 TZB2-155 TZB2-158 TZB2-159 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (May 16, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals currently appointed or being considered for appointment to the Toronto Zoo Board.

The Civic Appointments Committee must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Toronto Zoo Board. Following the interviews, the Civic Appointments Committee will recommend three candidates for appointment to City Council.

Staff recommended

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Civic Appointments Committee select 6 of the candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Zoo Board. 2. The Civic Appointments Committee direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals currently appointed or being considered for appointment to the Toronto Zoo Board.
