He also has significant experience with regulatory matters and complex by-law prosecutions especially the municipal regulatory response to the sharing economy. Prior to practicing municipal law, Matt defended lawyers as preferred counsel for the Lawyers' Professional Indemnity Company. Nigel Waterman is an adjudicator with over 25 years experience. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and completed the Certificate in Adjudication for Administrative Agencies, Boards and Tribunals.
